You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Do not share your account with others. Institution plans allow multiple users under one account — each user should have their own login.
Paid plans are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the billing period. We offer refunds within 7 days of a charge if the product did not work as described.
