We collect your name, email, institution name, and role when you create an account. We also store the papers you generate and files you upload to provide the service.
Your data is used to run the product — generating papers, saving your history, and improving the AI models. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising.
PDFs and documents you upload are stored securely and used only to generate content for you. You can delete uploaded files from your account at any time.
We use cookies to keep you logged in and to understand how people use the product (e.g. which features are used most). We do not use third-party ad tracking cookies.
We keep your data as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data and uploaded files within 30 days.
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to delete it, or correct any inaccuracies by emailing privacy@paperflow.ai. We will respond within 14 days.
